Alex helps lead the Scientific division at Harba Solutions, overseeing a team of scientific recruiters who specialize in supporting biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and radiopharmaceutical companies across the Midwest and Northeast. He focuses on a wide range of scientific skill sets, including R&D, QC, Analytical, Formulation, Microbiology, Process Development, and Quality Assurance. Alex partners closely with clients to understand their evolving technical and compliance needs, helping them scale high-performing teams in complex, regulated environments.
