Elizabeth LaRosa

Liz is a Talent Consultant at Harba Solutions, supporting clients across the North Carolina region with a focus on the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area. She partners with large organizations in the life sciences space, helping them meet their hiring goals while building strong, long-term professional relationships. Liz takes pride in delivering results and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

She graduated from the University of Tampa and now splits her time between the Southeast and her home base in Florida. Outside of work, Liz enjoys working out, taking walks outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves exploring Tampa and trying out new restaurants around the city.
