Jay Correll

Jay is a key member of the Engineering team at Harba Solutions, where he plays an important role in supporting hiring initiatives for technical and engineering roles across the life sciences industry. He brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to every search and enjoys helping both clients and candidates find the right fit.

Originally from Indiana, Jay graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis (IU Indy) with a degree in Psychology. Outside of work, he’s passionate about staying active—whether that’s hitting the gym, spending time on the golf course, or relaxing with his family. His easygoing personality and strong work ethic make him a valuable part of the Harba team.
