Karly Jankowski is an Associate Consultant at Harba Solutions, focused on supporting hiring efforts across Indiana’s life sciences industry. She works closely with clients to develop tailored talent strategies and ensures candidates are supported throughout the hiring process.

Karly has experience recruiting for roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical device production. She’s known for building strong relationships and creating a transparent, smooth hiring experience for everyone involved.

She graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Karly enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and exploring new places with friends and family.
