Lauren Keltz

Lauren leads the Engineering division within pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing at Harba Solutions, specializing in roles related to Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Facilities, and Design. Operating primarily in the Midwest, with a focus on Indiana, Lauren works closely with a diverse range of clients in the region, overseeing a team of Engineering recruiters. She’s passionate about expanding her network and collaborating with companies to meet their growing talent needs.

After joining Harba Solutions in May 2023 as an Associate Consultant, Lauren quickly earned promotions, moving into the Managing Consultant role within her first year. In this position, she launched the Engineering division and was awarded Rookie of the Year for her exceptional performance. Lauren holds dual degrees in English Writing and Italian from DePauw University, and outside of work, she enjoys spending time downtown, attending sporting events, and caring for her two cats, Salem and Sabby.
