Laboratory Technician

Indianapolis $17.75 - $18.50/HR Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician who is responsible for the accurate assembly and packaging of diagnostic kits that are essential for medical testing and laboratory analysis. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble diagnostic kits according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure accuracy in the contents and labeling of each kit.
  • Follow established safety and quality guidelines during production.
  • Maintain inventory of kit components and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before packaging.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
