Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage infrastructure projects, including construction, upgrades, and modifications to buildings, cleanrooms, and plant utilities.
Ensure all work complies with regulatory, technical, environmental, and safety standards.
Assess existing infrastructure and recommend improvements based on operational and compliance needs.
Conduct technical reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Develop and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and validation protocols.
Oversee project execution from feasibility and design through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and costs remain within scope.
Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Support procurement processes by evaluating vendor proposals and participating in supplier selection.
Supervise contractors and ensure work is performed according to specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, HSE, and IT to align on project goals and requirements.
Maintain effective communication with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and risk assessments to management.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution, emphasizing cost efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3–5 years of experience managing infrastructure or facilities projects within a highly regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-based decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage external contractors effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency with project management principles, tools, and documentation practices.
Familiarity with validation, commissioning, and regulatory compliance processes is a plus.
