Aids and assists to the operation of production while adhering to all company standards and practices
Required to perform tasks such as packing, delivering materials, providing break relief to operators, and entering basic data into computer
Will be cross trained on production equipment to assist in production efficiency, Ability to work independently or in a team-based setting
Maintains a work environment and workstation consistent with stated standards
Work with written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble a variety of medical devices in compliance with the Cook Quality Policy Manual and Quality Management Systems
Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products.
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
Maintain accurate and complete documentation
Read, comprehend and follow product specifications, manufacturing instructions and drawings
May work with small, intricate parts, identifying components with catalog description
Duties include organizing, removing un-needed items, cleaning, and sustaining assigned work areas
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required
Basic hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven setting
Basic computer literacy (data entry, navigating digital instructions)
Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervisior
