Sr. HVAC/ R Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC/R and related building systems (air handlers, exhaust systems, refrigerators, freezers, stability chambers, etc.).
• Serve as the subject matter expert for HVAC/R systems, providing technical guidance and support.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Develop and maintain PM procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
• Document all work in the maintenance management system.
• Support system monitoring, predictive maintenance, and spare parts inventory management.
• Lead projects and coordinate with internal teams and outside contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC/R experience
• EPA Section 608 certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• Refrigeration license required
• Experience in regulated or GMP environments preferred
