ERP/CRM Systems Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an ERP/CRM Systems Manager to lead the administration and strategic direction of enterprise applications supporting finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will optimize ERP and CRM platforms, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to enhance system performance, integrations, and reporting. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with on-site presence most of the week and remote flexibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring uptime, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee system configuration, integrations, upgrades, and user administration.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial Operations to align systems with business needs.

  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency enhancements.

  • Implement and manage reporting, analytics, and master data strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GxP, and other relevant regulatory standards.

  • Lead change management, documentation, and validation efforts for system updates or enhancements.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels to meet business expectations.

  • Coordinate integrations between ERP/CRM and other enterprise systems, including BI tools and data warehouses.

  • Support audits and maintain system-related compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6–9+ years of experience managing ERP and CRM platforms in a regulated industry, preferably life sciences.

  • Hands-on ERP/CRM administration experience, including system configuration and optimization.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP preferred.

  • Knowledge of IT compliance standards, including SOX, GxP, and system validation practices.

  • Expertise with system integrations, master data management, and reporting/analytics tools.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
