Manufacturing Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate, clean, and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (e.g., mixers, blenders, fillers, cappers).
• Prepare materials and components for production in accordance with batch records and SOPs.
• Accurately document manufacturing activities in batch records and logbooks.
• Support activities in formulation, filling, inspection, and/or packaging areas as needed.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Follow safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain cleanroom gowning compliance.
• Assist with room and equipment cleaning/sanitization activities.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and timelines.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
