Medical Device Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic production tasks including equipment setup and breakdown in alignment with manufacturing procedures
• Follow established safety protocols and operational standards in a cleanroom or controlled environment
• Accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions
• Maintain clear and legible documentation as required for quality assurance
• Communicate regularly with shift leads, team members, and production coordinators to ensure smooth hand-offs and consistent output
• Participate in hands-on training related to 5S principles and standardized workflows

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven setting
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, navigating digital instructions)
