Job Overview:
The Manufacturing Specialist will support pharmaceutical production in a controlled, GMP-regulated environment. This role focuses on aseptic processes, sterile operations, and compliance with quality standards to ensure safe and effective products. The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, technical expertise, and strong adherence to procedures in order to maintain high-quality manufacturing output.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform aseptic and sterile manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP standards

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment used in pharmaceutical production

• Document all activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Assist with batch record review and resolution of discrepancies

• Participate in routine cleaning, setup, and preparation of equipment and materials

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Production Support

• Identify and escalate issues related to equipment, processes, or compliance

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in alignment with regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing preferred

• Knowledge of GMP, aseptic processing, and cleanroom operations

• Strong documentation and compliance mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts or schedules as required
