Inspection Associate

Responsibilities

• Follow established production and manufacturing procedures
• Inspect filled containers for cosmetic defects, particulates, and integrity issues
• Support the development and implementation of process documentation
• Operate equipment in accordance with approved SOPs
• Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Perform labeling and packaging of finished products
• Accurately complete and review production records and documentation
• Train and certify new inspectors per established procedures
• Provide support to other manufacturing areas, including Formulation, Fill, and Materials
• Work in Grade C, Grade D, and controlled non-classified cleanroom environments while properly gowned
• Perform cleaning and sanitization tasks as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals
• Maintain flexibility to support varying shifts and production demands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of GMP pharmaceutical experience in drug product inspection and/or packaging
• Ability to pass annual health, vision, and color blindness assessments (required for continued employment
• Strong mathematical and documentation skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Adaptable and open to learning new processes and technologies
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
