Job Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Warehouse Associate to ensure that all materials and products handled within the warehouse meet the highest standards of accuracy, documentation, and compliance. This role bridges warehouse operations and quality assurance, supporting the inspection, documentation, and release of regulated materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in a clean, organized, and regulated work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy, condition, and compliance with specifications.
Review shipping and receiving documentation to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Assist with material release processes in coordination with Quality Assurance personnel.
Perform lot verification, labeling checks, and documentation review before distribution.
Maintain accurate and complete quality records within the warehouse management system (WMS).
Support internal audits, corrective actions, and deviation investigations related to warehouse activities.
Conduct routine checks of temperature-controlled storage areas to verify proper environmental conditions.
Collaborate with warehouse and QA teams to uphold Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Ensure all warehouse activities are performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in life sciences, quality, or logistics preferred.
1+ year of experience in a regulated warehouse or quality environment (GMP or FDA-regulated industry preferred).
Strong understanding of documentation, traceability, and product handling procedures.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and electronic quality systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory requirements with precision.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Commitment to maintaining product integrity, safety, and compliance.
