Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of processes for new products, including prototyping, validation, and technology selection.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and project teams, ensuring the successful execution of project phases and deliverables.
• Track KPIs and process performance, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and report updates to leadership.
• Apply and promote internal policies and industry best practices, supporting standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage assigned budgets and resources, recommending adjustments or improvements as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members, encouraging training, career growth, and performance development.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• B.S, in Engineering or Technical Field
• 10+ years in process/product development, R&D, or related roles in regulated industries.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of process development, validation, and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, GMP).
• Experience in risk management (e.g., FMEA) and quality systems.
• Process design and validation (DOE, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFM/DFA).
