Technical Services Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technical professionals with expertise in formulation, single-use system mixing, filtration, filling, visual inspection, and other manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in decision-making related to manufacturing processes.
• Lead troubleshooting and investigations to support root cause analysis, product impact assessment, and effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement process improvements based on data analysis and scientific principles.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to Operations and Validation teams to support Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) and Continuous Process Verification (CPV).
• Drive production excellence initiatives to support commercial scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Author and review technical documentation for regulatory submissions and filings.
• Represent Technical Services in project teams and maintain communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for key manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support operational and business needs.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of GMP experience with manufacturing processes and equipment in regulated environments such as biologics or pharmaceutical fill/finish operations.
• 3 years of leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience in regulated GMP manufacturing operations required.
