Manufacturing Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key manufacturing expert, providing advanced troubleshooting and coordination.
• Lead and support initiatives to minimize waste, implement standard procedures, and address operational challenges.
• Step in as shift leader or oversee shift handovers in the supervisor's absence.
• Assist in supervising a team of 6-10 associates in syringe and vial preparation and filling.
• Draft, revise, and enforce manufacturing process documents, ensuring SOP and cGMP compliance.
• Train, mentor, and certify new associates in ERP system transactions and manufacturing processes.
• Perform tasks in controlled cleanroom environments (Grades C and D) and carry out cleaning and sanitization.
• Review and complete production records, forms, and logs with precision.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide flexible coverage for production needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Self-directed and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and enterprise software tools.
