Greenhouse Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agronomists, researchers, and product developers to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative germination techniques and seed treatment methods.
• Facilitate effective communication and synergy among teams to drive research initiatives forward.
• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to evaluate seed quality and crop viability for various crop species.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on growth patterns, and other relevant parameters using advanced software tools.
• Perform comprehensive statistical analysis on test results to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during experiments, proposing appropriate solutions to ensure data and result integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biological Sciences, Environmental Science or any life science related is preferred
• Previous lab experience desired (academia experience is accepted)
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
