Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Overview:
The Quality Technician will play a key role in the inspection and packaging of sterile pharmaceutical drug products. This position is responsible for performing detailed product inspections to identify and remove defects, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, experience in a regulated environment, and the ability to support cross-functional manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect filled product containers for cosmetic, particle, and integrity defects according to procedures.

• Follow established production and manufacturing procedures to maintain compliance.

• Perform labeling and packaging activities for finished products.

• Complete and review production records accurately and on time.

• Operate equipment in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in drafting and implementing process documents.

• Train new inspectors in accordance with certification requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including formulation, filling, and materials as needed.

• Perform cleaning and sanitization activities in controlled cleanroom environments (Grade C, D, and CNC).

• Work flexible hours to ensure production coverage as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required with at least 1 year of GMP pharmaceutical experience in drug product inspection and/or packaging.

• Ability to pass annual health screenings and vision tests for acuity and color recognition.

• Strong focus, consistency, and attention to detail in routine-based work.

• Comfortable working in an inspection booth for extended periods of time.

• Effective organizational skills and diligence in documentation.

• Experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment preferred.
